This is an independent, non-funded Arte Sana conference so cooperation with payment options and deadlines is necessary to help us meet our many obligations. Funds raised from the conference are needed to offset operational expenses not covered by limited grant funding.

Nuestras Voces Conference Refund Policy

Arte Sana will need to charge a $25 processing fee for all cancellation and refund requests made up until September 15, 2010.

Refunds cannot be made after September 15, 2010 for cancellations that are not due to critical extenuating circumstances.

Westin Hotel Group Rate

Early hotel reservations are strongly recommended to take advantage of a special conference group rate. The group rate will be available to Arte Sana's Nuestras Voces conference attendees until October 01, 2010, or until the limited number of blocked rooms are reserved.
